🤔 Regarding my experience today, it was about my wife. She bought a shirt that she liked... twenty days ago, but when she came home (she measured it: and discovered that it had a small, light hole in the back); And by virtue of // her lack of time and work ===> She had the opportunity on 10/06/2023 to return this product, knowing that she had never worn it, but unfortunately _ she lost her purchase invoice for a group of purchases from the shop..._===> but it was There is a lady who is well-versed in her knowledge of the concepts of “customer service” and may ask her for additional time 🙏 to fulfill that... and after I asked her for her name because I am a regular customer at Burlington stores, she told me that her name was: *Naima*🙏... Satisfying everyone...I cherish that there is nothing other than %===> ☆The customer is king☆; and objective concepts to serve everyone for the sake of progress as a win-win business for all.R.

Big Burlington location. There's a lot of menswear and men's shoes. There are a lot of parking space in front of the store. Quick cashier, no longer uses plastic bag, now they use a free cloth shopping bag! Their product is not tidy nor arranged nicely, mixed of size in every rack. But their price is unbeatable!

Today I went to the Burlington store in Revere to take advantage of the winter offers, when I arrived at the cashier to make payment I was confiscated, because I found 4 items worth 0.01 cents each, and they had their 0.01 cent tags on. The cashier checked for me to see if it really was the amount, and it was. A woman arrived and took the items quickly, as if I were stealing and saying that I couldn't take these items and left. I found this very strange, because if the merchandise was at that value, by LAW, I could YES, buy it. And another thing that made me very upset was when I was leaving the store the alarm went off as if I was leaving without paying. What a horrible thing this store is. I am seriously dissatisfied with this store.

Wkll absolutely disgusting alarms in the purses going off over in that section. Nothing is organized everything is thrown all over the place I will not be coming back here it looks like explosion hit it and all I see is employees walking around fixing clothes on hangers when the rest of the s*** is all over the store.have a freind who works at these stores.. and after being with them for almost 20 years I believe still making almost the same. pay your employees more maybe they'll do the job

Awesome place you will find some great deals, people see a mess because people yup I said people are the ones who throw the stuff everywhere and I even witnessed one person take all the rugs down just to get another one that she wanted and left the mess there. It’s not the store . It’s the people who make the mess . I enjoy and always find great stuff and prices

Black male shoe attendant does a good job trying to keep that section clean, organized, is friendly and works hard. Ibelda, the other shoe attendant works quickly and makes it easier to find shoes.

I don't know what is going on in this location but it is horrible. A total mess. Making it impossible to shop. Nothing is were it supposed to be. Packages open or broken. Clothes, shoes, rugs on the floor. Hire or pay more. I've work in retail for years. Your employees are handling more than good all things considered.
